Are you looking for a secure way to dispose of your sensitive documents while also making a positive impact in your community? Look no further than Pioneer Valley Credit Union's 2024 Shred Day! This annual event, in partnership with Pro Shred, offers a convenient and safe solution for both members and non-members to shred their important documents, protecting themselves from identity theft and fraud.

What is Shred Day? Shred Day is an opportunity for individuals to bring their sensitive documents, such as old financial statements, tax returns, and personal records, to be securely shredded on-site by Pro Shred's professional team. By properly disposing of these documents, you can reduce the risk of your personal information falling into the wrong hands and becoming a victim of identity theft.

When and Where? Pioneer Valley Credit Union's 2024 Shred Day will be held April 27th 2024 at our 16 Acres Branch 1954 Wilbraham Road. This event is open to both credit union members and non-members, so everyone in the community can take advantage of this valuable service.

Supporting The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts In addition to offering secure document shredding, Pioneer Valley Credit Union is proud to announce that this year's Shred Day will also feature a non-perishable food drive benefiting The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts. While optional, attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to donate, helping to support families and individuals facing food insecurity in our community.

The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts plays a crucial role in providing healthy, nutritious food to those in need throughout the region. By participating in the food drive, you can make a direct impact on the lives of your neighbors and help create a stronger, more caring community.

What to Bring To participate in Shred Day, simply gather your sensitive documents and bring them to the event. Pro Shred's team will be on-site to securely shred your papers, giving you peace of mind knowing that your personal information is protected. If you'd like to contribute to the food drive, please bring non-perishable food items, such as canned goods, pasta, rice, and cereal.
