Account Terms: The Holiday Club Account earns dividends at a fixed rate, subject to change, per the current rate sheet. Minimum balance to open is $10. Penalty-free withdrawals are available October 1st through November 1st; withdrawals made outside this period may incur a penalty. Funds become available November 1st or the first business day of November and may be transferred to your Primary Share Account or issued as a mailed check.
